TheofficeofNewYorkStateSenatorBradHoylman-Sigal,whoisaDemocrat,confirmedtoFoxNewsthatthelawmakerisintroducingthebill,knownastheStandAgainstFlagsofEnemyTerroristsAct.
Theproposedbill,whichtheNewYorkPostfirstreportedon,wouldexpandthedefinitionofaggravatedharassmentinthefirstdegreetoincludecaseswheresomeonedisplaysasymbolofaforeignterroristorganizationwiththeintenttoharass,annoyorthreatenanotherperson.
