“TheU.S.MarshalsPacificNorthwestViolentOffenderTaskForceisworkingcloselywiththeChelanCountySheriff’sOfficetolocateandapprehendthisfugitive,”theChelanCountySheriff’sOfficesaid.“Arewardofupto$20,000isavailableforinformationleadingdirectlytoMr.Decker’sarrest.Thesuspectisnotknowntobearmedatthistime,butshouldbeconsidereddangerous.”
